Non-Disclosure Declaration

i-Admin employees are governed by company-dictated Non-Disclosure declarations. |

If mandated by a specific client, i-Admin employees will comply with the client’s non-disclosure policies and procedures. |

Data Security

Data is secured at multiple levels; from network access, firewalls, and user authentication, to file and email encryption measures. |

Data transmission is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer technology from Netrust. |

Payroll and data files are run via a secured remote server. Export of data files to local computers is disabled. |

Access to a particular client’s data is only granted upon formal authorization procedures. |

Archived and backed up data are encrypted |

Third Party Security Assessments

Security assessments are carried out regularly between i-Admin and the client to ensure that critical outsourcing compliance guidelines are met. |

Security assessments are also conducted by some multi-national companies before commencing with the outsourcing services. |
