i-Admin has a set of compliance and security measures that meets the most stringent industry standards. Our processes meet or exceed the compliance standards set by the relevant government outsourcing guidelines. 

Data Security

• Data is secured at multiple levels; from network access, firewalls, and user authentication, to file and email encryption measures.

• Data transmission is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology from Netrust.

• Payroll and data files are run via a secured remote server. Export of data files to local computers is disabled.

• Access to a particular client’s data is only granted upon formal authorization procedures.

• All archived and backed up data are encrypted for safekeeping and unauthorized access.

Third Party Security Assessments

• Security assessments are carried out regularly between i-Admin and the client to ensure that critical outsourcing compliance guidelines are met.

• Security assessments are also conducted by some multi-national companies before commencing with the outsourcing services.

Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plans

• Scheduled daily back-ups and syncing of system and data files with mirrored servers and tapes in multiple locations.

• Documented system and data recovery procedures are in place to ensure knowledge transfer between internal staff.

• Our Business Continuity Plan is assured with our multiple work site infrastructure.

• Annual BCP drills and reviews are conducted annually to ensure familiarity and improvements of BCP procedures.

Non-Disclosure Declaration

• i-Admin employees are governed by strict company-dictated Non-Disclosure declarations.

• If mandated by clients, i-Admin employees can be requested to sign a client’s specific non-disclosure policy.
