1. Maternity leave extension
According to the law, female workers can enjoy another 60 days of leave in addition to the 98 days of maternity leave provided by the state, and male workers can enjoy 15 days of paternity leave.
* Female workers can increase their leave by one to three months with the permission of companies.
2. Newly added parental leave
In accordance with the law for childbirth, both parents can enjoy 5 days of parental leave each year until their children reach the age of three. Wages during parental leave shall be paid as their normal attendance.
