Announcement from Revenue Department about the online submission for monthly personal withholding tax (PND1) and annual personal withholding tax (PND1K)

According to an announcement from Revenue Department that with effective from January 2024, the filing of the monthly personal income tax of employees (PND1) and the annual summary of personal income tax of employees (PND1K) should be made through e-Filing, e-Withholding Tax and Digital Electronic files.
Employer who is still filing the hard copy report encouraged to register for online credentials with the Revenue Department for the online submission process.
Employer who cannot submit the PND1 via electronic channels. The said form in hardcopy is still required along with a letter to the Revenue Department with specific reasons and necessity for not being able to submit forms via electronic channels.
