15 – 25 LEAVE DAYS (based on service length)
Replacement days off must be given if an employee is asked to work on public holidays. The South Korea Labor Standards Act states 15 leave days as the minimum for employees who have served for at least 80% of the year. Annual leave is not legally required for businesses that have less than 5 employees.
