Hi All,
Japan Social Insurance Bureau has announced updates on the Japan Health Insurance deduction rate effective from March 1, 2024. The Health Insurance rate has been changed from 10.00% to 9.98%, and The Care Insurance rate has been changed from 1.82% to 1.6%, for the companies located in Tokyo.
This change will affect employee’s payroll from April if the deduction is one month in arrear.
